My Approach

With GoHigher Learning, we set out to create a leadership platform that blends instructional depth with visual storytelling. I handled everything from studio setup and filming to branded graphics and visual identity design—crafting each element to align with HigherEchelon’s mission and create a cohesive, engaging learning experience.

Vision and Innovation

The vision was to reimagine leadership training through a modern, visually driven platform. By combining cinematic video production, bold branding, and thoughtful design, GoHigher Learning transforms traditional coursework into an immersive, mission-focused experience that inspires and educates.

Identifying Unique Challenges

The challenge was uniting seven unique leadership modules into a consistent, high-quality system that appealed to both corporate and government audiences. The solution integrated expert-led instruction, design consistency, and smooth navigation to create a unified learning environment.

Resolving Complex Problems

Balancing educational depth with simplicity required careful production planning and cohesive visual strategy. I designed a streamlined workflow—covering lighting, camera setup, branded overlays, and post-production—that ensured each module looked professional, polished, and scalable for future use.

User-Centric Design

Each component was built around learner engagement. Clear visuals, consistent pacing, and accessible layouts guided users through complex topics while reinforcing key takeaways. The result: a platform that feels intuitive, inspiring, and easy to navigate.

Meeting User Needs

GoHigher Learning serves both instructors and learners—providing an adaptable framework for course delivery and an interactive, visually rich experience for participants. It reflects HigherEchelon’s mission to cultivate leaders equipped to thrive in today’s dynamic environments.
